Position Overview:
We are seeking a Native English Speaker to serve as a kindergarten teacher in an English immersion classroom. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and passionate about early childhood education, and is interested in long-term professional growth.
 

Teachers will receive instructional guidance, training, and ongoing support. This role is well-suited for educators who enjoy working with young children and serving as a positive language and behavioral role model in the classroom.

We are seeking a caring and patient Native English Speaker to serve as a positive language and role model in our kindergarten classroom. Training and support will be provided.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily English instruction and classroom management for a kindergarten class.

• Deliver English immersion instruction through stories, picture books, games, songs, and exploratory activities.

• Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment that builds students’ confidence.

• Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral development through patient and positive guidance.

• Serve as a clear and natural English language role model for students.

• Collaborate with Mandarin teachers and the instructional team to support a bilingual learning environment.

• Assist with additional instructional or classroom-related tasks as assigned.
   

Required Qualifications:

• Native English Speaker

• Passion for early childhood education with strong patience, care, and a sense of responsibility

• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable teaching style

• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), such as CDA (training may be provided if not currently held)

• Prior experience in early childhood education, childcare, or child-related settings

• Interest in bilingual, immersion, or international education environments

• Professional appearance and natural communication style, serving as a positive role model for young children
