岗位二：Kindergarten Mandarin Teacher（幼儿园中文老师｜沉浸式）

岗位职责（Key Responsibilities）：

• 负责幼儿园班级的日常中文教学与课堂管理

• 设计并实施沉浸式中文课程，通过故事、歌曲、游戏、TPR 等方式促进幼儿语言发展

• 组织并开展与中国文化相关的教学活动（如节日、艺术、手工等）

• 关注幼儿的语言、情绪与社交发展，营造安全、积极的学习环境

• 与英语班教师协作，支持双语/多语言教学环境

• 与家长进行基本的教学与成长沟通

• 根据园所运营与教学需要，配合完成相关教学及支持性工作
   

岗位要求（Qualifications）：

• 普通话发音标准，语言表达清晰

• 热爱幼儿教育，了解幼儿身心发展特点

• 具备良好的课堂组织能力、亲和力与责任心

• 能在多元文化环境中工作，具备良好的沟通能力

• 具备团队合作精神，能够按照教学计划与园所要求开展工作
   

优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）：

• 持有幼儿教育资格证，或具有幼教 / 教育相关专业学历

• 具有两到三年双语教学或沉浸式语言教学经验者优先

• 能根据教学与园所实际需要，灵活响应上级安排的临时性工作任务

• 具备良好的执行力与配合意识，能够协同完成教学及相关支持性工作

• 工作态度积极，能在多任务环境中保持专业性与稳定性
  
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Mandarin instruction and classroom management for a kindergarten class

• Design and implement an immersive Mandarin curriculum using stories, songs, games, TPR (Total Physical Response), and other age-appropriate strategies to support language development

• Plan and conduct Mandarin and Chinese culture–related activities, including festivals, arts, crafts, and cultural experiences

• Support students’ language acquisition, emotional well-being, and social development in a safe and positive learning environment

• Collaborate with English classroom teachers to support a bilingual and/or multilingual learning environment

• Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning and development as needed

• Assist with additional instructional or program-related tasks based on school operations and instructional needs
   

Qualifications:

• Standard Mandarin pronunciation with clear verbal communication skills

• Passion for early childhood education and an understanding of child development

• Strong classroom organization skills, patience, and a nurturing approach

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with strong interpersonal and co
  mmunication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructional plans and school guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or a degree in early childhood education, education, or a related field

• Experience with bilingual instruction or immersive language teaching

• Ability to respond flexibly to additional or short-term tasks as assigned to support classroom and program needs

• Strong execution and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team

• Positive work attitude and the ability to remain professional and organized in a multi-task environment
