Director’s Introduction
CYGA Academy
My name is Arlene Wang. I hold a degree in English Education and am a certified Texas Childcare Director (Texas Director Certification). I have devoted the past 25 years to the field of education. During this time, I have worked both on the front lines of teaching and in overall school operations and leadership. Through long-term practice, I have become deeply convinced that test scores or short-term outcomes never define meaningful education, but rather help children develop strong character, clear thinking, and the ability to grow continuously over time.
Arlene Wang, Director

Individualized instruction is the educational principle
Through years of educational practice, Director Arlene has developed a strong sensitivity to children’s individual differences in personality, learning styles, and developmental pace. She believes in using carefully designed and stable instructional structures to guide quieter children toward confidence in expression, while helping more energetic children develop self-regulation and organized thinking—allowing each child to progress steadily along a path that suits them best.
leadership grows from daily practice
In Director Arlene’s view, true leadership is not demonstrated on a stage, but revealed through everyday self-discipline, responsibility, and the ability to make sound decisions and take action when challenges arise. For this reason, these qualities are intentionally embedded into daily kindergarten instruction and after-school learning routines. Children learn accountability, collaboration, and critical thinking through authentic, real-life contexts.
Leading Education with Consistently High Professional Standards
Director Arlene strongly opposes reducing education to supervision or procedural execution and remains personally involved in curriculum design and instructional quality oversight. Her focus extends beyond academic outcomes to whether the educational process itself truly serves children’s long-term development. Here, children gain not only academic progress, but also emotional stability, expanded thinking, and the confidence to face future challenges.
Developing a Professional Teaching Team with Long-Term Vision
Through years of practice, Director Arlene has formed a firm belief that education is not a business, but a lifelong commitment that requires collective dedication and shared purpose. As a result, she places teacher development and team building at the core of school leadership. Through proven team management strategies and a structured teacher training system, she supports educators’ professional growth and sense of responsibility. Over the past two decades, this long-term, standards-driven approach has supported countless children and families in achieving meaningful growth and success.
Across 25 years in education, Director Arlene has remained grounded in one guiding belief: every child deserves to be seen, respected, and thoughtfully supported throughout their growth.
She believes that truly outstanding children are not shaped through pressure or design, but nurtured through understanding, consistent guidance, and long-term, intentional care—allowing each child to grow into their fullest potential at their own pace.
